Unistrut Channel Production System

This System was designed to form, punch, and cut-to-length Unistrut Channels directly from coil stock. The System allowed the customer to produce custom length Channels from 3″ to 20′ long with an infinite variety of hole punch sizes and patterns.

Multiple Inline Hole Punch Press Dies eliminated secondary operations and drastically increased overall production capacity and improved part quality.
