Variable Head Shelf Line Rollformer

The Programmable Microprocess Length Batch Controller sequences the feed and cycles the pre-notch and post cut-off presses. The system then directs the rollformed shelves through a series of programmed tangent form operations to create a double return flange on each end.

Custom-spaced Tangent Former Tooling accommodates all five width variables, eliminating the need for setups or changeovers. The intelligent system senses the overall part length and processes various feed lengths in any random order without downtime or scrap loss.

Inline Corner Toggle Lock System

The Inline Corner Toggle Lock System instantly secures parts by locking the trail and lead ends together. This high-efficiency feature lets you run multiple feed length combinations and eliminates costly setup time.

Now, operators can also use the system as a Blanking Line. The Inline Rollformer sits on tracks, allowing you to shuttle it in or out of the line with the coil strip feed. In just minutes, you can transform the system into a Coil Feed Blanking Line using the same Programmable Feed Controls and Drives.

The redesigned shelf is lighter and stronger because we added darts in the Endformer and toggle-locked the corners together.
